Phillip R. Johnson emphasizes his law practice in the areas of real estate, education, and business law. For ten years he was a real estate law instructor for Wenatchee Valley College. He is a member of the Washington Council of School Attorneys, the Washington State Bar Association, and the Chelan-Douglas County Bar Association. He is past President of the Chelan-Douglas County Bar Association and Wenatchee North Rotary.
He earned his undergraduate degree from Whitman College, and earned his masters degree from the University of Hawaii. He obtained a law degree in 1974 from the University of Oregon where he served as an Associate Editor of the Oregon Law Review. He is a retired Commander of the United States Naval Reserve JAG Corps.
Mr. Johnson currently serves on the Board of Directors of Central Washington Hospital, North Central Washington Hispanic Chamber of Commerce, and Central Washington Title Services, Inc.
