Mr. Bakke has been in law practice in the Wenatchee area since 1990.  His primary areas of practice are banking, credit union and creditor right's law, as well as a general practice. He is a 1983 graduate of the University of Washington and received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Puget Sound School of Law in 1988.  He is admitted to all State and Federal Courts in Washington, as well as the 9th Circuit Court of Appeals in San Francisco.  He is the former chairman of the Advisory Board to the United States Bankruptcy Court for Eastern District of Washington, and past president of the Bankruptcy Bar Association for the Eastern District of Washington.
